Just confirming our trip for tomorrow. We’ll meet at Central Station at 9 AM. Please bring your ID and travel pass for the check-in.

I’ve attached the updated travel plan and hotel booking details. Early check-in is confirmed, and I’ve also included a quick guide to nearby restaurants and spots we can visit.

The conference starts at 11 AM, but let’s arrive early to collect badges. Let me know if you need any changes to the schedule.

Also, don’t forget to pack some comfortable shoes for the evening city tour. The weather forecast looks good, so we might do some light sightseeing after the conference.
